Mac Boot Camp The Installer Disc Could Not Be Found

- Nov 20, 2019 If Disk Utility found no errors or repaired all errors. Wait a few minutes, then try again to use Boot Camp Assistant to install Windows. After installation is complete, you can turn on Time Machine again. If Boot Camp Assistant says that your disk could not be partitioned.
- See the website, Install Windows 7 on your Mac using Boot Camp, for more information. Just so you know, 64 bit Windows 10 runs great on your model Mac. I know this to be true because I also have a iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011).
Installer disc could not be found. I have ISO files for both windows 7 and 10, I've tried mounting them, both by double clicking them, and through the Toast app. Boot Camp doesn't seem to find them. Jul 11, 2019 In certain circumstances, Boot Camp Assistant might say that your bootable USB drive could not be created, or that there is not enough space available on the disk. To resolve, complete these steps: Make sure that you're using an external USB flash drive with a storage capacity of 16GB or more. Install the latest macOS updates.
Followed all the instructions on the bootcamp help page but still can't get it to work.
Little snitch and lojack for laptops. Your 2010 iMac does not support USB booting to install Windows via Bootcamp. You need to burn the Windows ISO to a physical DVD and use your built-in (not external) Optical drive.

Bootcamp Assistant The Installer Disc Could Not Be Found
The error message is correct. Your BC Assistant window should have only two check boxes. Download and Install/Remove. If you have modified Bootcamp Info.plist, it is not valid on your specific model. You may get a partial and non-workign installation if you use the USB Installer method.
